Hello Pagemunchers!

I hope that you liked my first blog!

I have been reading a series of books called Adventure Island, by Helen Moss. The first one in the series is called The Mystery of the Whistling Caves.

It is about two boys, a girl, a dog and an adventure which is about, well what it says in the name but all is not as simple as it might seem as they soon discover!

The main reason I liked it is because although it is not scary you still find yourself  hanging on the edge of your seat thinking WIIL THEY MAKE IT?

   For: everybody.

If you have read it then feel free to comment.

See you soon!xxxxxxxxxxxxx

Little Women.

Written by Louisa M. Alcott. 1868.

A good book, but very sad. I advise that before you attempt to read it you stock up on hankies!
I must have lost half of my body weight from crying!

This Victorian novel is about four sisters: Meg, Jo, Beth and Amy and the trials of their lives happy, sad, and romantic and touching. Resulting in an extremely good read!

For: females and males who are brave enough to cry.

Rating: 5 stars.

If you have read Little Women, why don't you leave me a comment about what you thought of it.

See you later!xx
